Hubby to the Rescue!

Today was my second day in Labor & Delivery and it was wonderful! I saw 4 babies being born! 2 C-sections, one of them being twins, and 1 "normal" delivery. It was so amazing! I am just loving this rotation so far. What could be better than pregnancy and babies? (I guess having one of my own, but this is definitely the next best thing!) Anyway, after my wonderful day ended I was walking back to my car and as I got closer my heart dropped as I suddenly realized I locked my keys in the car. (I hate when I make stupid mistakes like that.) Fortunately, I'm blessed to have a wonderful hubby who comes to my rescue! Luckily the hospital I'm at right now isn't too far away from home, but it's still obnoxious. Thanks honey, for being my hero!

E is for Emery

These are some of the gifts I made for Emery. I made the pacifier, shirt, bracelets, burp cloth, and the blanket wrapped around her. I had so much fun making all of her gifts! She looks so adorable, if I may say so myself! Here are a couple more pictures for your enjoyment!

My new look

Today I finally got the perm I've been wanting. I needed a change and it makes getting ready in the morning faster and easier, which is nice. It's not exactly what I wanted but it will do. Jeremy wasn't too excited about the idea at first but he likes it. I feel bad for him though, perms are stinky! :)
