I love music from the 80's too. I am a huge fan of the Police. I am going to their reunion concert in July.
If you have 80's music you have to have some Oingo Boingo on your playlist. Like Not My Slave, Flesh n Blood or Skin, to name a few. Also a few of The Smiths songs, like Girlfriend in a Comma. OMD is also another great band, Enola Gay, Tesla Girls, Secret.........
I agree, the 80's music is great. Don't know if I loved the fashion but definately the music.
