Idiot

Who? That would be ME. Stupid, dim-witted, brainless, daft. Take your pick. They all fit the bill. Especially for someone who makes careless, idiotic choices without thinking. Which is exactly what I did when I chose to put my perfectly good camera at the bottom of my (super cute) hobo bag. And this is what came of it... Honestly. Who is stupid enough to do that? I'm just so angry with myself. I don't know whether to break something or cry my eyes out. My hubby bought me that camera for our first Christmas and now it's ruined. Fortunately, it still takes pictures. But the digital part (which is obviously the best part) is a goner. Jeremy, always the optimist, said, "Look at it this way, now you'll get to buy an even better one!" Along with, "Don't be so hard on yourself. Everyone makes mistakes." He's such a sweetheart. I don't know how I got so lucky. Anyway, I'm just glad I have some "fun" money saved up. Although I'd rather not spend it on a new camera when the one I have was working perfectly fine. Sigh.
On a another (more happy) note, I finally convinced Jeremy to give Twilight a try. He was skeptical at first, and he won't admit to this, but he can't put it down! He even stayed up late last night to read it. (Which is funny to me, because he would get so frustrated when I'd stay up late to read it.) For those of you who haven't read it -- do yourself a favor and pick up the books. You are missing out on something amazing.

bummer about your camera, but Jeremy is right, now you can get a better one. Did you go to the pool today? I looked out my window when I got home but I didn't see you there.

We have that bag too...Sage uses it for church but I'm bummed I didn't buy one for me. SO sad about your camera. What kind will you get next time around?

Becky - Yeah, I was there, but not for very long.

Alicia - I'm not sure yet. I'll have to start looking around.

Sorry about the camera. That really sucks. I am glad Jeremy is so understanding. Good work on converting Jeremy to become a Stephenie Meyer fan. I can't wait for August and the last book of the series.
